About

Our vintage '76 Airstream has everything you need for a comfortable stay including: full kitchen, full bath, heater & AC, tankless water heater, Smart TV, Wifi, memory foam mattresses & more! Nestled next to our creek, you'll enjoy sipping your morning coffee in our outdoor seating area. Just 15 mins to Folly Beach & 6 min to Downtown Charleston, we are in an ideal location. *Please note, this sleeps a max of 2 adults. Backyard is shared. No pets or service animals.

Good to know

This cozy airstream has everything you need, but is definitely tight quarters. It can sleep four, but really is best for just two adults and two children, or two adults. There is a king sized bed for two (which converts to the dining table) and bunk beds that are very slim. There’s a door closing off the bunk room, but the king sized bed is open to the rest of the camper.

Other Details to Note

This is on a busy street. If that bothers you, please don’t book our place. There is also lots of wildlife that comes in our yard from the creek, including geese, ducks, and great blue herons. Watch out for the goose poop! No smoking anywhere on the property. No drugs or parties. We provide towels, linens, toiletries, tea and coffee. There is a creek behind our house. If you let your children into our backyard, please be aware that the creek is attached, and be water safe. No pets, other than certified Service Animals, with proof of service sent prior to check-in. Please note: there is a $50 fee for an early check in or late checkout. For late checkout without prior approval, the fee is $50/hour, or portion thereof.

House Rules

**Please note: this Airstream has enough beds to fit six people, but the top bunks are not strong enough to hold anyone over 100lb. For this reason, we only allow four guests. The guests sleeping in the bunk room should sleep on the bottom bunks. Ideally it is best for two adults and two children to stay as it is tight quarters. Please be aware of this before booking. Please park in the designated area. You’ll get a check in message telling you where that is. Please be quiet as you walk past our guesthouse during quiet hours as we have guests staying there as well. Please remove your shoes inside the airstream. The cleaning fee is based on a "courteous guest". Any excessive dirtiness or neglect will accrue an additional $95 fee. Thank you!

Neighborhood

We are centrally located between downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. While convenient, our street is busy. We are just 1/4 mile from a grocery store, CVS, restaurants, gas station, car wash, coffee shops and bars. Lots to enjoy within walking distance, but you’ll want a car, or to Uber to see all that downtown has to offer. Just five minutes down the road is a beach on Charleston harbor, we are 6 minutes from MUSC, and about 15 minutes to Folly Beach.

Guest Access

The entire airstream is for your use, as well as the outside sitting area on the front deck. The rest of the backyard is shared with our other guests.

My wife and I stayed at Sarah’s airstream for a weekend getaway in Charleston and loved it! It was clean, comfortable, and our favorite part was how conveniently close it was to everything we wanted to do in Charleston. Sarah gave us great recommendations that we used and loved as well. It’s walkable distance to a grocery store, which we used often. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Sarah’s Creekside Airstream. The space is beautifully designed, very clean, and thoughtfully set up to maximize comfort in a compact layout. The king bed/table conversion was especially convenient, and the outdoor patio area was peaceful to relax. Sarah was responsive and helpful, and the listing description was accurate. We loved how unique and cozy this place was! It was just 10 minutes to all the great restaurants and places we wanted to explore in Charleston. We really enjoyed this private, relaxing location! Sarah was very quick to respond when we reached out. The hot tub was an awesome bonus ✨ it was all around a great time. We enjoyed our first family glamping experience here! It's a really beautiful spot and walking distance to a local coffee shop which is always a big deal for us. Our time was quite short unfortunately just staying one night but we would happily stay again!

Perfect for the one night we were there. Will go back again for longer. We got there late and wished we had gotten there sooner to enjoy the garden and swings. Thank you for all the complimentary snacks. We didn’t use the bunk beds but they were cute. Good for kiddos. Water pressure in the shower was awesome. Again, thank you for everything.

My son and i enjoyed a lovely stay at Sarah's beautiful property. Any question or issue we had they were very prompt in solving. The property is so beautiful and very close to anything you could want to do in the area. We will definitely return.
