Located just outside of downtown Charleston, this charming, modern farmhouse home is cozy & inviting. On a quiet, dead-end street, this 3/2 home has everything you'll need for your Charleston getaway.We provide all the essentials to make your stay comfortable, as well as free wifi, parking, laundry, and a Roku smart TV.We are 10 minutes from downtown Chas, 32 min to Folly Beach, 23 min to Sullivan’s Island, and 12 min from Charleston Airport. Our location is not fancy, but very convenient!

Good to know

Three bedroom, two bath house with living room, eat-in kitchen, and laundry room. Please note: laundry room is accessed from backyard. You must walk around the outside of the house to get to it. Our house is in a mixed industrial/ residential, working class area. It’s not fancy, but it is convenient to downtown and Charleston attractions. If this sort of location makes you uncomfortable, please don’t book our place as there is nothing we can do to change it. Thank you. We have never had any safety issues.

We can only accommodate two vehicles. City of North Charleston Short-Term Rental Permit 2026-0216 Please note: there is a $50 fee for an early check in or late checkout. For late checkout without prior approval, the fee is $50/hour, or portion thereof.

House Rules

As you may guess, this rule was born out of experience. We ask that you leave the place as you found it: If you break something, please replace it. If there is extensive damage, or an item is broken, you will be responsible to pay for the cost of repair or replacement. This will be determined by a receipt for replacement of the damaged item, or an estimate from a local, licensed contractor for the price to repair the damage. By booking our place, you agree to pay for any damages you incur. The cleaning fee is based on a "courteous guest". Any excessive dirtiness or neglect will accrue an additional $95 fee. We respectfully request that you remove your shoes upon entering. Please make sure you have read our location description before booking. NO SMOKING. If you choose to smoke outside, please clean up your butts and put them in the trash. Do not leave them on the ground. There will be a $250 fee for smoking inside. Please note that the couch is white. If you are bringing children, please be aware that the couch is white, and act accordingly. If the couch is stained, you will be responsible to pay for a replacement slip cover for $250. No eating or drinking anything other than water on the living room furniture.

We are located in a diverse, working-class neighborhood in the industrial outskirts of Charleston. The area has seen tremendous growth and investment - many homes have been recently renovated like ours, while others are still in need of renovations. There is a mix of residential and industrial buildings around this home. We are on a quiet, dead-end street with just one neighbor. It's not in a fancy location, but it is very convenient. Easy access to I-26, and close to downtown without the downtown prices. We are just 10 minutes from the heart of downtown Charleston, 32 minutes to Folly Beach, 23 minutes to Sullivan’s Island, 40 minutes to Isle of Palms, and 12 minutes from Charleston International Airport.

Guest Access

We are very close to downtown Charleston-less than 10 minutes. Uber or Lyft are your best bet if you do not have a car. We are located within an industrial and residential mixed area.

This charming little house is exactly as described. Away from the buzz of downtown Charleston and in a more "blue-collar" neighborhood, it is quiet and peaceful and delightfully updated. The beds are comfy and cozy, the kitchen is very efficient, and the decor is beautifully done. Sarah responded to messages within ten minutes and was lovely to communicate with. We would stay there again for sure! What a great experience.
