This newly renovated Midcentury Modern style home is situated on Johns Island, half way between Charleston and Kiawah/Seabrook Islands. Whether you enjoy golfing, beach days, or exploring the charm and history of Downtown Charleston, you'll be close to it all. We are 30 minutes to Folly Beach, 24 minutes to Kiawah Island, 27 minutes to Seabrook Island, and 22 minutes to Downtown Charleston.

This was the perfect place to stay on John’s Island for us. Absolutely everything we needed and more. The complimentary snacks and waters definitely added even a more welcoming touch, plus our girls loved eating them! The house is so well put together with everything you could need, including sheets for those kids who actually wanna sleep on couch cushions in your room instead of their own bed!

My wife and I stayed 4 nights, and absolutely loved it! We went into Charleston from here (about 25 minute drive), and down to Folly Beach (about the same drive time) so in our opinion the location was centered for the activities we had planned. The house also had everything you'd need for a beach trip, and all the small amenities like kleenex, paper towels, coffee pods, and ect. were absolutely great. We would highly recommend this place, we had a really nice stay!

This house was perfect for my stay. I traveled alone to visit family in the area. But you can easily be comfortable with a few people staying in the house or small family. The house was clean, check in and out was a breeze. The area was private and quiet. Even with the neighbors having random chickens and a rooster! There is on sight laundry as well. I will definitely book again! You can easily travel to the other islands or into Charleston.
Find us
It's best to bring your own vehicle if you can. Ubers and Lyfts are not difficult to get, but being a bit rural, and further out, it will be a little more expensive to get into Charleston or Kiawah, but not impossible. We are not close to public transportation.
